Yeah, sure it does. It supports Asian languages, Cyrillic etc. that all req=
uires UTF8 -- as does the svn api.  But you also have the swt control, the =
Java string and possibly whatever validation/normalization we do. So somewh=
ere along the way these characters are obviously not working.
