Problems with Subclipse update site?

I've been having lots of problems recently trying to (re)install
Subclipse from the 1.12 update site, i.e.

http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.12.x/

It looks as though there are stability issues with the site.

It's very slow to respond, and sometimes I get a connection error in
Eclipse, for example:

Unable to read repository at
http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.12.x/content.xml.
Connection reset


Is anyone else having the same issues?
