On the cmake branch: Fix typos in INSTALL sections about CMake

* INSTALL
  (Chapter II, "INSTALLATION"): Fix three typos.
  (Chapter II, Section F "Building using CMake"): Was mistakenly called
   Section E. Renaming to section F.
