Log:
cmake: Change default value of the SVN_SOVERSION from '1' to '0'.

If it has to be changed manually, for example in the case of the Debian
package, this option might be specified in cmake, like in the following
example:

```
cmake -S ... -B ... -DSVN_SOVERSION=42 [...]
```

Will build `libsvn_client-1.so.42.0.0` and will create `libsvn_client-1.so.42`
symlink.

No additional patches needed!

* CMakeLists.txt
  (SVN_SOVERSION): Change the default value of the option.
