CMake: rename the EXPAND_TESTS option to SVN_TEST_EXPAND, so we can follow
the naming structure.

* CMakeLists.txt
  (EXPAND_TESTS): Rename to SVN_TEST_EXPAND.
  (...): Adjust the references.
