In site/staging:

* doc/release-notes/1.15.html:
  (pristines-on-demand-future): Remove a TODO block about the
   "i525-user-guide" artifact.  The guide is currently incomplete, so
   integrating it into the release notes would require additional work.
   We are about to publish 1.15.0-rc3, so first let's make sure that our
   release notes do show any TODOs to users.
