Make tables overflow and have a horisontal scrollbar on narrow-screen devices.

* docs/release-notes/1.15.html
  (#build-system-comparison): Remove explicit style from table and move it...
* style/site.css
  (@media screen and (max-width: 815px)): ... here, apply to all tables.
