Sorry I didn't seen this topic before opening a new one ... in the bad mailing list (users). 

I reiterate my demand here: 

One nice feature missing in project monitor is simply an item in project list contextual menu to open the subversion URL in repository browser. 

There is already an item which open the url, but it simply open it with the default url handler (generally a web browser at least for http protocol).
