Upgrade to Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 on nightly build server?

Hi! It seems that nightly builds are still compiled using Visual Studio 2015 Update 1. I think it makes sense upgrade to Update 2 to resolve issue 699 [1] and other compiler fixes.
