Tortoise SVN - Problem with overlay icons

If I go into a TSVN monitored folder, so I will not be displayed the
overlay icons. (See "After Folderchange.png")
If I change the view, then they are displayed to me. (See "After first
Viewswitch.png" and "After second Viewswitch.png")

The problem occurred the first time after the windows updates from
January 2017.
