right-click on the working copy folder, click "properties" in the 
explorer menu (usually at the bottom).
Then you get the explorer properties dialog, with a new tab 
"Subversion". There you can see the repository url and other info.

Use properties to store that info. And depending on what you want to 
configure, there already might be properties available for that which 
would do what you want automatically:
