Nightly builds

The nightly builds currently get a warning:

[exec] Uploading... [exec] ERROR: SOAP 1.2 fault: SOAP-ENV:Sender[no 
subcode] [exec] "HttpSendRequest failed" [exec] Detail: The connection with 
the server was reset [exec] [echo] Symbol-upload failed!

I have not digged into DrDump before so I don't know where to start. Is it 
possible do to a test locally to rule out issues related to the nightly 
build server?
