How to check if a file is *really* modified against the repository?

I have some files in my Windows PC that are under subversion versioning. One exe file has been committed and not recompiled or anything, yet TortoiseSvn marks it as modified... Is there a way with svn to check files against the repository so that a difference may be displayed or else just flagged? I think that something like Windows marking the file as used may have affected it because I have not recompiled it... -- Bo Berglund Developer in Sweden
