Contact an admin of your application firewall (reverse proxy, application
proxy) and ask him if there any restrictions related to files with the *.sh
extension. Most likely, the requests to your server are intercepted and
proxied by some active firewall services and it drops the connection since
its rules forbid *.sh files.
