[ANNOUNCE] Apache Artemis 2.54.0 Released

I'm pleased to announce the release of Apache Artemis 2.54.0.

I would like to highlight these improvements:

 - OpenID Connect is now supported via the OIDCLoginModule. A full
demonstration is available in the examples repo.
 - The keyPassword property is now supported for SSL connections. It
is used to access the private key within a keystore. It is only
supported for JKS & JCEKS stores.
 - The CLI now supports listing locks and their status via the lock
list command.
 - The web console was upgraded to 1.8.0. This console release mainly
contains bug fixes and dependency updates.
 - A handful of security hardening updates, mainly dealing with how
default credentials are handled.

As usual it contains a handful of bug fixes, dependency upgrades, and
other improvements.
