RE: VS builds every time I debug...

How about temporarily disabling SOS integration and see if the problem
goes away?  All you need to do is remove the following key from your
Registry, then restart the IDE.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SourceCodeControlProvider\ProviderRegKey
