Re: SOS performance while handling larger projects

You're right that a 25 MB project is not that large -- many of our SOS 
users work with projects of that size or larger. What can affect 
performance is the size of the files within a project. SOS is not as 
efficient as we'd like in retrieving large files (25 MB or so). You can 
add, get and check out large files, but it might take a long time.

If you're having problems with large files when you're using the IDE or the 
SOS Command Line Client, you may get better results from the SOS GUI 
client. We're looking at ways of making improvements SOS's handling of 
large files in our next release.
