Hi, Nicolas,

Thanks for using SourceOffSite.

Is this the only situation where SOS Server crashes, or have you
experienced other crashes when the SOS Client connect to the SOS Server?

Does the SOS Server machine have dual network cards?

What version of VSS are you using? Specifically, what is the version of the
ssapi.dll in the Win32 directory of the VSS Client on the SOS Server
machine? To see the version number, select the file, right click, select
Properties, and then Version.

Also, offline, could you send me a copy of your SOS Server log? Please
enable verbose logging in the Debug tab of the SOS Server Manager, perform
the operations which are failing, and then send me a copy of the log.txt
file located in the SOS directory on the SOS Server machine. If the log
file is very large, I'd suggest generating a new one by stopping the SOS
Server and renaming or deleting the existing log.

Thanks,

Linda Bauer
