Soùe questions on 4.0/4.0.1

Hello,

I've download the 4.0.1 relaase, but the auto-connect still doesn't work =
the
first time on VS6.0. Will it be included in a next release or is it worki=
ng
that way on purpose (as loading a project on VS6 is sometime slow and can=
not
be cancelled).

It seems that there is still no difference between a read-only out of dat=
e
file and a writeable file. They both are handled the same way in GLV and
treated as modified. If I check 'apply choice to subsequent file' on a
read-only file that may have been modified, writeable files are replaced =
as
well.
I never change a read-only file, they are only out of date, whereas
writeable file certainly have changes (for example, when the connection i=
s
lost with our server, I remove the RO status of the files to edit; and on=
 a
GLV want to update all files except the writeable ones).
Am I using the GLV the wrong way ? How could I have Source gear handle
differently read-only and writeable differently.

I have two small feature request:
-would it be possible to have a CTL+S shortcut for the status search ?
-could the status search list control have the 'show sel always' active ?
After a diff you always have to reselect it to be sure before check in.
