Re: files not being retrieved

Hi, First Last,

What version of SOS are you using?

Are you doing the get with the GUI Client or Command Line Client?

Are there any error messages on the client side (in the status pane, for 
instance)?

Can you do a get to a single folder (not recursive)?

Are there any error messages in the SOS Server log (log.txt file in the SOS 
Server directory on the server machine)?
