Upgrade query

Hi,

One of our clients has been using SOS 3.5.3. Now he wants to upgrade
to version 4. He has installed the new version on a test machine but
he is not sure how he can get all the settings (datbases, users, keys,
etc.) from the old version to the new version. I think copying some
folders and files may do it, but would like your advice before I open
my mouth! :-)
