Tree difference / crash

Hello,

Some time ago I asked if it would be possible when doing a recursive tree
diff to have the local folder being the "real folder" not a temp director=
y
with only different files. Beyond compare is very effective to
merge/synchronize, but as all the changes are going to a temp folder, the
files have to be copied/removed manually later.
It would really be of great help to synchronize remote and local folders.
Any answer/solution would be appreciated.

I noticed crash: if you have a project with a lot of files, the scrollbar
appears. If you then go to another project that has to be loaded and whil=
e
it loads play with the scrollbar SG crashes when the file list is refresh=
ed.
I've done it twice.
