Impossible to check-in a project from Visual c++

Hi,

I have found the following message on

32. In the IDE, when you Check IN a project file, you get a warning that
"The project file c:\blah\blah\blah.dsp" may have been modified on disk by
the preceding Source Control operation. You will need to close and reload
this project to incorporate any changes. Do you want to reload it now?". But
you don't get this prompt when you do a Get Latest on the file or Check it
OUT. This seems backwards. Why would I need to reload a project if I have
the latest version and I am just checking it in? Yet, when I get a new
version, I am not prompted to reload. As a result, I have to do a get latest
in the GUI client to force VC++ to reload the project (it detects that the
file has changed and prompts to reload). Is this a VC++ issue, an SOS issue,
or not an issue at all and I am just an idiot?

I have been using VSS and Sourceoffsite for a long time and I have never
experienced this "bug" untill yesterday.

Does anyone have the solution ?
