Our situation was that in migrating a collection of vs6 project files to .net7.1 the .dsp files because unnecessary, and were deleted (not purged). Prior to the deletion a label was cut. If we try to get that label the GUI client crashes at the point of trying to retrieve the deleted file. If the sos GUI client is restarted and the get tried again, the client will continue the get past the point of the crash from the deleted file... usually to crash at the point of the next deleted file. etc.

Stranegly, the crash only appears to happen when the deleted file is in a child folder of the folder I''m doing the get upon - but I've not investigated this in detail.

The problem occurs with either a 'dirty' or a 'clean' get.

Is this happening just in one situation or is reproducible? If so, can you 
send me specific steps to
reproduce?

Was the file deleted but not destroyed?

Can you get the label if you undelete the file?
