Chris, I suggest that SOS logging is turned on under [General Settings] and that verbose logging is on under [Debug]. The log will give you info on the users coming in and the Verbose setting gives you more detail of what the user is doing (you can turn this off later to stop the detail logging). You'll be able to see if the user is having any problems connecting in the SOS host. Now it has started. I should have known how to do that, maybe I was thinking you meant something else. In any event as long as the people who are going to use this stuff, they have to have the sourcegear offsite client and can log in and do what they need to do correct. From the desktop, Right click on My computer, Manage. Then expand "Services and Applications" Then Click on Service. Scroll down on the right side and doublc click on "SourceOffsite Server". Click on the "Log On" tab. Click on "This account" Enter <domain name>\user Enter password two times. Click "OK". Now restart the service and you should be good to go. The reason it does not work is that the system acccount on Windows does not have any network access. I have the users and stuff configured. I tried it on a 2003 and 2000 server machine and I keep getting the error when I try to start the service: Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly.
