Hi, Jesse, Thanks for using SourceOffSite. The "Bad key file" error often occurs when a key is generated on a SourceOffSite Server with 128-bit encryption, yet the Client is using 56-bit encryption (or vice-versa). Please verify that the SOS Client software you are using is the same edition as SOS Server software. The edition of the Client can be determined through the Help -> About menu, while the edition of the Server can be determined through the SOS Server log file.
