Re: Files being made writable with VS.Net 2003

I don't think we've had reports of a problem like this occuring, as long
as the user had the option "Use read-only flag for files that are not
checked out" enabled correctly.  Have the other three developers on your
team ever experienced the problem you are having?  If not, perhaps you
could compare all of your option settings to their's and see if there
are any differences.
