SOS with .NET and Eclipse?

I would like one unified version control and specifically a named version
for source from Microsoft's .NET IDE, eclipse Java, and misc. tool chains
for uControllers.
 
Also, is there third party capability available to host the server
remotely, so I only use, but do not maintain an offsite secure backed up
server system?
 
This is for a single user, with possible growth to multi-users.
