Unable to locate key file

I uninstalled and re-installed the software and still got the following
error
"the client was unable to locate the key file 'D:\Program
Files\SourceOffSite\216.key"

What would make it look for just 216.key instead of the full IP?  The
correct IP is in the connect text box.
