v4.0 Suggestion for making keys match to IP _and_ port...

When working in a distributed fashion remote users are often going into the
server via a firewall with a single IP. However, if there are multiple VSS
and SOS servers running behind the firewall but exposed via different ports,
SOS can't manage multiple keys for that virtual server. I believe it's
because it doesn't include the port number in its matching.
