Attachments are stored in the C:\Program Files\SourceOffSite Collab 
Servers\Data\Attach folder as .att files. They are not stored with their 
original names and extensions as a security precaution. If for some reason 
you need to open these outside the SOS environment, I suggest making copies 
to another directory first, and opening those copies.

The attachments table in the ggdata database in MS SQL Server shows the 
original file name associated with the name of the file in your attachments 
folder. Please don't edit SOS Collab tables as it can cause Bad Things to 
Happen. Once you know the original extension of the file, you can open the 
.att file with associated program.
