NOOBIE NEEDS HELP IN ARMATURE

Hi im a student trying out blender...and im sucking big time at
armatures...

I cant:

   add bones
   animate bones
   attach bones to an object.

can anyone show me a link to a tuorial somewhere where i can learn
this? or better yet give me a step by step on the basics...

basically i want to animate a teddy bear making him walk fast and jump
