thanx staigermanus for all the info provided ! It is really useful .
Animie studio looks cool .
But I have to use only Open Source ( & free if possible ) softwares
for that purpose . I shall be oblidged if i get some open source tools ( any
body with synfig tutorials ?).

There is no point in knocking the "closed Windows" when the door is "Open".
Open your eyes, use open source software.
