There's an open source 2D animation program called Synfig, from voria studios. I tryed to check the website but seems to be down at the moment. :S... I believe it's vectorial animation sort of like flash... Hope it can be of some use for you... if website get back online

Animie  studio looks cool .

      But  I have to use only Open Source ( & free if possible ) softwares

for that purpose . I shall be oblidged if i get some open source tools ( any

body with synfig tutorials  ?).
