I have a bunch of AVI to Flash conversion tools I like to use or know
of. The one I use most is Boomer Video (without sound, they have
another tool that either embeds an mp3 or converts a Wave file into
the swf) - Boomer 4 is what I use, version 5 is offered at Segon.com

There's a few other tools I can think of, look for 'Flash' at
www.thebest3d.com - SoThink makes a tool too for AviToFlash conversion
and many other options.

The one from erightsoftware looks very interesting too. Anyone has any
intel to share about the owner of the website and the developer of
SUPER(C)? They also show encryption tools and mass-emailing clients,
hm... are they safe to trust your PC with?

I have a feeling based on some chosen words and titles of other
products that there's some french developers in there, just a hunch,
not really sure though. Would love to learn more on them. They do seem
a little bit secretive. No street address even for the domain owner is
showing at WHOIS - The server is hosted in Arizona it seems.
MelBourneIT and GoDaddy seem involved too.
