You are in luck, go here https://moodle.atech.tufts.edu/ This is very
well though out, thorough introduction to blender. Plenty of video
tutorials. Neal Hirsig has done a heck of a job creating and
presenting all this content. It is a must for all Blender Newbies (and
oldbies) out there.
