Pyramid of spheres

Hi. I have recently downloaded blender, and am learning new small 
things every day... It is amazing! However, I have yet to find out how 
to connect five spheres in a pyramid-like structure by having four long 
narrow cylinders go from each center of four icospheres, arranged in a 
square, to the center a fifth icosphere in the center and "on top" of 
the four aforementioned... It is at times frustrating to keep trying 
different ways, but not succeed, so I thought perhaps joining this 
group could be helpful... I have read different tutorials available 
online, but noone seems to adress this issue, as far as I have 
seen...Does anyone in this group have a solution to this obstacle?
