I have a link to the Blender Newbies blog but haven't checked out the forum. I also decided to buy his DVD on Blender 2.6 Pre-published and have the initial set of files he sent out to us while we await his finishing up. I thought combining the two would be helpful as they have different exercises to give me more practice. If you have the files, you know his 1st model is a rubber duck after you get though the basics. Just generally checking it out, I was having some trouble following it and knew I needed to review the basics again in his files and felt Hess's basics would help as well.
