  I took the post to Google translate and it says the language is
Portuguese. Neither of the items posted appear to have anything to do with
Blender so I have no idea why the poster decided to post them here.

  As to your question, the biggest problem I would find with other than
English posts is that I have no idea what they are, if they are spam, if
they might be worth reading and I=92d be extremely unlikely to click on any
links even if they say YouTube when I don=92t really know what I=92m clicki=
ng
on. Since this forum seems to be basically English speaking, I have no
problem with it being a requirement for posts here.
