Glasgow 0.1 in CVS

CinePaint Glasgow 0.1 is in CVS. FYI, here's a new screenshot on the 
home page.

Version 0.1 is for developers. Not ready for users yet. Lots of stuff 
broken or missing. Anyone who wants to try to build from CVS please do. 
It opens TIFF and JPEG files and that's about it for now. None of the 
toolbar tools work, probably due to a problem with how image memory is 
passed around. I fixed a memory passing problem like that for file 
plug-ins, but haven't debugged image op tools.

I've only built on Windows. Does someone want to build on Linux and Mac?
