Found the IOL plug-in of Sean Ridenour again. It was initially written for
filmgimp and later ported to cinepaint.
It is a nice gui to handle a own very simple image scripting language.
Possibly some of you remember the old thread on the film-gimp list.

It adds a new dependency to the build process: flex.
As flex is pretty standard I see no danger of incompatibilities.
Anyway I'll put a check in configure.in.
