This is really  ridiculous, and I'm frankly tired of this myself.
Imho, in the long run, filtering out is not an option, because
despite the filters, spam is increasing steadily.

The only solution I can think of would be, to password-protect the
wiki. Does anyone know if this spam is being put in automatically,
or do the people have to access the wiki manually?

As I wrote above, I firmly believe that in  the future a different approach
towards spam is needed.
