from cvs cinepaint, compiling error

When compiling cvs version of cinepaint, something appear to be wrong.

lib-2.0/include -I/usr/include/freetype2 -I/usr/include/libpng12 -I..
-I/usr/local/include -I../wire -g -O2 -Wall -MT widgets.lo -MD -MP
-MF .deps/widgets.Tpo -c widgets.c -o widgets.o >/dev/null 2>&1
make[3]: *** Pas de règle pour fabriquer la cible
« ../libhalf/libcinepaintHalf.la », nécessaire pour « libcinepaint.la
». Arrêt. make[3]: quittant le répertoire

Compiling failed, then going manualy throught libhalf dir and typing
make for compiling libhalf. I solved the problem when back to normal
place and typing make again. then compiling is fine

Could you make a check if there is no mistake somewhere in cvs
configure files or make files.
