I do first autogen.sh,

I do not understand,
In the cinepaint cvs, there are a configure file and somme Makefiles.in
If they are not part of the cvs, they may be should not be presents in
the cvs ?
anyway obtained again :
make[3]: *** Pas de règle pour fabriquer la cible
« ../libhalf/libcinepaintHalf.la », nécessaire pour « libcinepaint.la
». Arrêt.
" Pas de règle pour fabriquer la cible ... = no rule to build .... "
It's why I supose something is wrong somewhere, then I must built it
manualy.
