Re: unable to dismiss help popup in 0.21-2 on mac

The main window has a tool palette and a top menu bar with
three items:  File, Help, and Scripts.

Mousing over Help presents a tear-off with three items:
About..
Bugs & Kudos...
Tips...

Clicking Bugs & Kudos pops up the attached window.
It has no title bar, no close button, and clicking
on it does nothing.   Moreover, the CinePaint
application seems to be stuck:  I can get text
descriptions of tool palette items with mouse over,
but no other response.  I can't select or move
the main window.

(In 0.20-3, this pop-up had a standard Mac title bar,
with X - + window buttons.)
