Cinepaint translation to Basque language

Hi all,

I'm GNOME's Basque translation team leader, and right now I'm completing
Cinepaint's Basque tranlation. I'm not sure if this is the best mailing
list to talk about some dudes I got... But here I go...

What does this acronym mean?

What is 'Clamp'? I don't found anything about it in Wikipedia...

Last question: where shall I submit translated PO file to be added into
