icc_examin build failure w/ GLUT

Hi all,

While building cinepaint, I found that plug-ins/icc_examin/icc_examin
fails to compile because the Makefile's LDLIBS settings are missing
'-lglut'. I'm assume it works on other installations of GL; on my
system, I have freeglut installed but I'm guessing that it's not getting
detected properly.

Manually adding -lglut to the LDLIBS line fixes the problem. But since
not everyone uses (free)Glut, we need some way of detecting this and
setting up the Makefile appropriately.

Let me know if more info about my system is needed. Thanks!
