I did not see cinepaint-project/cinepaint/configure should not be in CVS. 
Seems we have the complete autotools generated files in CVS.
I am going to clean away these files.

No, we are at version 0.22-1. Please dont use 0.21-1.

configure.in is up to date: 0.23-0.
