Missing execute permissions of cinepaint/mkinstalldirs

Hi

in cvs, the file cinepaint/mkinstalldirs does not have execute
permissions, which results in failure while running "sudo make install".

(Ubuntu 8.04, x86_64, ./configure --enable-gtk2 --disable-print)
