Initial Comment:
When I try to set the preferences for cinepaint CVS (Nov. 8 2008) I get the following errors:

ms_read_icc_profile_dir: Cannot stat icc profile directory /usr/local/share/color/icccms_read_icc_profile_dir: Cannot stat icc profile directory /usr/local/share/color/icccinepaint fatal error: sigsegv caught
cinepaint (pid:21917): [E]xit, [H]alt, show [S]tack trace or [P]roceed: H

I don't understand why this is expecting some special cinepaint specific profile directories.  Second even if it does not find those directories it should default to using the base system icc profiles directories.  In this case it should just fall back to /usr/share/color and continue on.  It should not seg fault here.  I tried creating the directories it was complaining about and it still segfaulted with the same error message.
